Auburn Through & Through

The backStory

Jordan and Melinda Minyard are Auburn-born small business owners with a passion for building spaces that bring people together. After a decade of serving the community through The Pour Choice and Remedy Supply Co., they’re bringing that same spirit to The Hillmont.

Set in a restored 1940s building in downtown Auburn, The Hillmont is personal. Every inch has been designed and built by hand, with care and intention. It's where guests can slow down, enjoy good company, and be taken care of—whether it's for an afternoon bite or a night out.

Just like the businesses that came before it, The Hillmont is grounded in small-town pride and big-hearted hospitality. It’s Auburn through and through.

Thoughtful by Design

Whether you're marking a significant occasion or simply dropping by for a drink, we want you to feel at home. The most cherished memories are created around the table, and we're privileged to be included in yours.
